About Daphne and Ricardo and about what you won´t read in the guides...

So, how did it all happen: Daphne, Dutch and Ricardo Palmero? A question we often hear and that we will certainly answer. Except walking we also like sailing (as you can see). When we are (in a manner of honeymoon) not walking the GR130 or sailing across the Gulf van Biskaye, we usually work on our finca. On a day off we dance on one of the many fiestas. We enjoy the good quality of simple farmers life and like to share it with others.

We make our own ecological wine, and other homemade products, we grow our own ecological vegetables and restore and clothe furniture. We love to tell our guests how the real rural La Palma was and is. Therefore we always invite our guests for a meal at our house. Every now and then people come to us because they want to sell or buy land or a house here. So if you want to buy something on La Palma, you can always ask us if we know about something.
